As the designer and builder of the original Oinkmaster 8000, 8800 and HULI-HULI pig roasters, I have also perfected the art of open-pit, natural charcoal fired, rotisserie cooking.

It all started 40 years ago, assisting my father, as he did his father, who passed along our family tradition from the Philippines.
We currently offer affordable pig roasts from $13.50 per pound/person with a 60 lb. minimum to $12.00 per pound/person for 100 lbs.+ That includes 6-10 hours of cooking on-site, cut and serve, and cleanup. We offer pig roasts for parties of 60 to 500 (figure 1 lb. of pork per person when calculating the weight).
Also on the menu is our popular open fire rotisserie PRIME RIB OF BEEF (30 lb minimum), or 15 lb. minimum with a Combination 50 lb. ROAST PIG / PRIME RIB. Prices start at $18 per person for beef.
Our other specialty is Authentic Spanish Paella... starting at $22 per person.
Side dishes include: Beans, cole slaw (regular or Asian style), corn bread, fruit salad, Garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Corn on the Cob (in season), Watermelon, Grilled Chicken, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, Sauteed or Stir-Fried Veggies, Hawaiian style rice and Filipino fried rice. Prices range from .50 to $4.00 per serving
All cooking and food preparation is done on-site, either before or as your guests arrive!
