History of the Oinkmaster

It all started for me, 45 years ago, assisting my father, as he did his father, meticulously and skillfully preparing open-pit charcoal roasted pig, hand turned on a bamboo pole. Our family passion has carried on over a hundred years, feeding friends and family for special occasions in the Philippine Island tradition.  We have Pig Roasting capabilities that can accommodate up to 600+ guests on our own custom made Oinkmaster open charcoal rotisseries, that I design, build and maintain exclusively for Huli-Huli!
